UCSF Heart & Vascular Center Opens New Clinic Offering Integrated Multidisciplinary Care
The UCSF Heart and Vascular Center recently opened a new ambulatory care clinic located on the 5th Floor of the ACC Building at 400 Parnassus Ave. in San Francisco. The multidisciplinary clinic offers outpatient care and testing, and an array medical procedures.
The new clinic houses eleven UCSF cardiovascular programs, including five from the Department of Surgery, under one roof, programs previously spread out over disparate locations:

- Vascular & Endovascular Surgery
- Center for Limb Preservation & Wound Care
- Heart Transplant Program
- Lung Transplant Program
- Cardiology
- Cardiovascular Genetics
- Heart and Vascular Laboratories
- Electrophysiology
- Advanced Heart Failure
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Mechanical Circulatory Support Services
The clinic sports a new, clean modern aesthetic with a large waiting area, scenic views and lots of natural light. Large spacious examination rooms allow for patients and family members to sit comfortably while also accomodating the clinical team of residents, fellows, nurses and attending physicians. The clinic delivers personalized state-of-the-art patient care, seamlessly provided by a multidisciplinary team that includes cardiac and vascular surgeons, heart and lung transplant surgeons, podiatrists, cardiologists, interventional radiologists and other specialists.
