There are many ways to contribute and donations of all sizes are appreciated. You can give online, by mail, or wire transfer; via a donor-advised fund; or make a gift of stocks, mutual funds, or other securities. You can designate your gift to any department faculty member, program, or research – or even in honor of a family member or friend.

If providing support in perpetuity is of interest, there are different types of endowment opportunities at UCSF and the minimum amounts needed to fund them – a general endowment begins at $100,000, a fellowship or lectureship starts at $200,000, and a research fund or professorship commences at $1 million.
